Together with the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE) and Superconnectors, we're inviting a select group of international ecosystem builders to join us for a curated two-day programme that goes beyond panels and pitch decks.

Over two days, you’ll:

  • Get an unfiltered look at how Rotterdam built (and is still building) a thriving startup ecosystem

  • Join peer-level discussions with other support organisation leaders from across Europe

  • Tap into the local founder community through Superconnectors' signature event

  • Experience the full force of Upstream Festival: investor roundtables, founder deep dives, and real-time matchmaking

And if you’re smart (we know you are), you’ll bring some of your local startups with you. They’ll get access to the full Upstream programme – because cross-border collaboration starts on the ground.

Wednesday 21 May – Deep Dive into Rotterdam’s Ecosystem
Hosted by ECE, you’ll explore the real behind-the-scenes: what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how the ecosystem got here. Includes peer exchange sessions, lunch with a view, and access to the Superconnectors founder matchmaking event.

Thursday 22 May – Full Access to Upstream Festival
Day 1 of Upstream. It’s all happening: startup pitches, investor speed dates, content that actually matters, and a crowd that’s building the next economy.
